One of the best and most authentic meals I’ve ever had. The chef was an absolute amazing host who you could tell just loves what he does. The truffle pasta is was insane and we got a few of the tapas which were incredible. Highly recommend for an authentic night out in Split.

Amazing fresh and tasty food. Our cruise stopped in Hvar for the night so we explored the small streets for some dinner. We found this great little tapas bar in a small little street, super cool location with great wine selection. Meals were designed to be shared, and we enjoyed everything we ordered. The staff were really friendly and helpful. If you’re in Hvar for the night, this is a fantastic place for dinner. Highly recommended.

Another favourite! Lovely atmosphere when seated in the ally. It's so cosy and it's so pretty in Hvar. The food was top notch. We had the pumpkin ravioli as a main which was excellent, but should only have ordered 1 instead of 2 for 2 people to share. We thought it was a smaller portion and it’s quite heavy, so 1 would have been enough, since we also had some starter tapas. The tuna pate was the star of the tapas, but the local cheese was also excellent. The staff was attentive and funny. Would absolutely recommend and go back!

We had a fantastic experience at Gurme Restaurant. The owner was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Dietary adjustments were handled with ease and without any issue, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The tapas and wine were excellent, and the atmosphere was both warm and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
